Made it!!

So we have made it to the Great White North!! It does live up to one name for sure and that is White! I am shocked that there has been very little snow but still there is a constant presense of snow on the ground. It is very cold but I find it refreshing. I know I am not too far into the country however I am loving it.

The place we have choosen to stay is amazing the people are so friendly and I can't imagine that we could have chosen better. I know God had to have a hand in this because I feel like this place was predestined to be my home!

I will post a few pics when I get my camera hooked up to this computer later.

For now know all is well and I am loving this new life and the possibilities that lay ahead!!

The Accidental Adventurer

I know I have started a new blog several times over the last few years and now I am starting again. I love starting again I love the possibilities of the new blog I love the idea of sharing my life with no one in particular I have no idea who might visit my blog, if they will love it or hate it, if they will make themselves known to me or will just creep watching my life silently. For me I hope you will comment and follow me as I take on the next journey that I am facing right now.

Speaking of adventure....I am moving to another country! I am moving to Toronto in a month and I can't wait! I have never even been there and I am a little scared about what this will mean for me but I am not going to listen to the fear. I want to enjoy this time in our lives and get out there and find some friends. I want this to be a real adventure. I named this blog the accidental adventurer because if you know me you know I absolutely hate change I love being at home. I hate being away from my family I hate being out of my "comfort zone". As God would have it I married someone who took a job 2 and a half hours away from our families and is now being transferred again! I know to some people this would be amazing to me it was awful at first I hated being away and feeling like I was missing out on the most important people in my life. Now that we have been away for 5 years (that does not even seem possible) I have learned that I can still be a part of my family even though I am not living right down the street. My family is great at including me in everything that is going on they call every Sunday like clock work and I love it!! I know these things will not change as I go further away they will continue to keep our weekly date and most of them will contact me through the week knowing I will be available to them!! So with warm wishes and lots of love I will move for a short time. We will be coming back to the US in about a year! I look forward to the return but I am also looking forward to the adventure that awaits!!

I will be writing here about all that is happening in our lives and all the adventures that take place where we will be living! I hope you will join me and offer encouragement and suggestions!!

Talk to you soon
